For many people, EOSC is an infrastructure that gives access to IT services for research across Europe. This is only part of the truth, as many services that are available through EOSC are not technical. Training, support, mentorship, policies etc. represent a big – and increasing – part of the global service offer.
While we are building the EOSC federation and talking about EOSC nodes, other structures called Competence Centres emerge from the EOSC world. What are they, what do they provide, how do they organise and collaborate? This is what the presentation will highlight.
