The meeting will take place at the Direction générale de la recherche et de l'innovation (DGRI) of the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research (MESR).
The DGRI is located at 23 Avenue du Dr. Lannelongue, 75014 Paris, just south of the Paris ring-highway (périphérique).

The next metro station is Porte d'Orleans (Metro line 4; 10 minute walk). Alternatively, you can take the RER-B to Gentilly (from where you walk 12 minutes west along the périphérique) or Tram 3a to Montsouris (from which you take Avenue David Weill south to cross underneath the périphérique).
